I took down this douche's license plate ages ago and tried to report it, I was told to bugger off and mind my own business unless I wanted a one way ticket out of here. This guy is untouchable, he does have a license for the animal, and I was told (but I'm not sure if it's true) that he actually rescued the animal from a "friend" in Saudi, who was keeping it in a tiny cage, and that the animal can't stand to be kept in a cage and is "afraid" to leave it's owners side. Sounds like horseshit to me, but hey, I was told to shut up.
