it's not clear. you said, you will be paying your housing out of this salary, and then you say, housing is not included..
now.. between 179,178.15 QAR and 268,847.20 QAR is huge difference.
If it's 179,178.15, including EVERYTHING , it is bad.
If it's 268,847.20 QAR + housing allowance, sounds not too bad at all for someone with ONLY 3 years of experience.
