I couldn't tell you how much she would be payed it depends where she works and on her employer. The younger you are generally the less you get paid to get jobs for 15 year olds. I live in Australia and majority of under 18's get paid between $5-$15 Australian dollars.

There is no minimum age for work in NZ although children under the age of 16 can not be employed during school hours.
The laws of young employees come under most health and safety acts and child labour laws.
Judging from this I think you should do a little H&S research to see if anything applies to your sister.
Many employers refuse to employ anyone under the age of 14 and since she is 14 she should be fine.
