I can't imagine what the parents are feeling! The climate is nothing new in Qatar and there should already be protocols to ensure that this doesn't happen. I remember even in my younger years the driver getting up at the end of the ride and doing a once over of the entire bus.

Truly terrible and my condolences to the family.
