Im a travel agent/ticketing officer also in a travel agency.Regarding to your prob,you can refund your money anytime,but you will pay the refund/cancel fee,so it will deduct it to the money you will refund and also the service fee is non refundable so it will deduct also.So meaning to say u cannot exactly get the full amount that u paid to that agency for that ticket,but u can refund it anytime,just keep the receipt and the ticket then show it to them..
