obviously the jobs are office based and management positions - but then again there is nothing wrong with a qatari being a taxi driver, go to any other arab country and take a look - I bet some qataris would love to be taxi drivers.
Secondly, don't you think one third (15 out of 45) SENIOR management positions is just a wee bit top heavy? Too many chiefs and not enough indians (and NO!, not south Asians!)
