History makes it evident that all those civilisations that had ever excelled had one thing in common - women participation. Females have been proving their excellence in all walks of life throughout history, the best example being kingdoms and states ruled by queens in a male-dominant culture. No society on earth has ever prospered without first empowering its women and letting them perform what they can and where they can.
