Brit in a sauna I say yes wear a towel covering your lower half, but only cause I don't want your bum sitting where my bum may sit. But in the change room I don't care. Strut around in the buff all you want, doesn't bother me. In fact I kind of like comparing how fit I am to the other women. :)
