Nowadays police car in the UK have similar device, so when they drive down the road the device screening the plate number around, and when the number are wanted for hit and run, expired insurance, etc etc ... the police car then stopped them. If thats is in Qatar, do you really think the police will do something if the owner of the car have a certain family name ???
