Guys I think the story is not so accurate, there has been lot of talking in all newspapers about this and each one described it in different way

I heard from a friend of the mourned family that the mother was holding hand of her child when she(the little girl) saw a friend of hers on the other side of the road and the little girl somehow managed to let go her mother and ran to the other side to meet her friend.
her elder brother was also near the car and saw the accident.

It's a huge tragic happening that NO one can hold.

I cried when I saw the picture of the little girl with her classmates.

My deepest condolences to her family.
