you need:
-your current sponsor approval for your part-time job (business);
-the Commercial registration; Immigration license and Municipality License to register your business;
-the municipality approval of the location of your business;
-QR 200,000 locked in your business back account in order to finalize all the registration issues...
and few other minor things that are not even worth to be mentioned here....
