Sarah you are obviously a First Qatar Employee.

According to you, you own an apartment in FQ. If that is the case then you obviously find it acceptable that instead of paying what FQ said would be a maximum of QR50,000 for a service, that they then hand you a bill for QR129,000 instead. You would also find it acceptable that instead of contacting the owners about these fees, they post something on a public forum trying to justify themselves.

Honestly, I do not think one person alive would think this is acceptable.

I’m with FQ and have nothing but a bad experience of lies and poor customer service. In my opinion they are not to be trusted. When were they intending to tell us about these fees?
