I salute you for sharing Qatar Airways' feedback. Not much in their report, but it makes the difference of the world to know your voice has been heard, and that you and other passengers can draw their attention to make the necessary adjustments to face a case such as this one.
Here are two real cases:
I was on one of QA flights, I was exceptionally treated, the whole crew and service were above standards, I asked them to bring an evaluation form onboard, I reported this positive treatment and thanked them for their hard work and received their feedback, a week later, on email.
On another QA flight, I was treated less than expected, so I asked them to bring me an evaluation form onboard, they all said they had none, and that they just ran out of copies...lol
