I agree to upgrading the ticket, but they don't. Those rules apply to all employees with no exception, unless there is a business trip and no economy tickets are available, they would fly us on Business or First Class, even if it's a half hour flight.

I also fly frequently to Egypt and elsewhere, more than twice a year, these flights are personal expense.
