OK, let me be real clear. Until you have your husband declared legally dead by the Philippine authorities or you apply for and are granted an annullment or decree of nullity you cannot remarry. It's bigamy and it's illegal. Even if you or anyone else cannot find your husband, even if your husband is bigamously remarried. I'm really sorry for your situation but these two options are your only (legal and moral) recourse.
