If my understanding is correct that there is no legal divorce in the Philippines then you ladies are certainly still legally married until an annulment is granted by the Philippine authorities. Therefore, even if you could find a way to marry here in the Gulf you could still face problems if you ever returned to the Philippines. I certainly hope there are no children involved.
