U are correct, only a few of the pictures are of China. I was not accusing, but just give reasons why these things happen. In developing countries when things move so quickly there are not laws in place to prevent this kind of situation. What I was explaining is a fact of how people think there and what the situation is. This is the reason for having so much trash around. There are no systems and society it self has never had to deal with plastic bottles or bags or wrappers until ten years ago. Until 15-20 years ago no one in China even had a refridgerator so what they did was just go to the local market get get fresh food everyday and compost the remains. In the country sides of certain countries they probably don't even understand that plastic doesn't disolve. The government won't do anything because they are busy making money and being corrupt. Obviously in a place like China there is no foreign intervention from any organization.
