I believe it is in the interest of certain nations to keep certain nations either "dependent and alive" or "free and starving". Wars and conflicts, unfortunately, are required to break this reliable design.
However, this should not stop us from trying to improve the problem in anyway we can. Given some earlier posts, i have lost hope in almost every charitable organisation around the globe and if they are sincere, they are not effective.
