I agree with you on U.N. issue but i think putting responsibility on one ORGANIZATION's shoulder might not work. We all know how U.N. is working in so many countries and handling so many problems in each country

My belief is that persons living in each country must initiate steps to help their respective govts to tackel common problems/issues of their home country. Like giving DONATIONS,POINTING OUT MAJOR PROBLEMS IN THEIR COUNTRY, HELPING GOVT TO ELIMINATE CORRUPTION,POVERTY etc. It is the responsibility of every human being to make their surroundings suitable for living freely and with standardized HYGENIC LEVELS
