thats man, thats helps alot ! i checked with the vendor and they said NOT to upgrade !!
although i confirm again, when i restore the iphone to the original 2.2 with itunes i do NOT jailbreak or Unlock ! the phone works perfectly and i get the message: Iphone activated !
i will check the link you gave me and see ! i hope i would be able to upgrade it !

i have 2 other questions if you can help:
I baught the turbo sim (i-smartphone) from the US and i wanted to know if eveything would work on it ? i mean calls in/out with 3g ?!

also i am facing an issue with my phone which is the main reason which i would like to upgrade ! maybe it would solve my problem !
my iphone earspeaker stops working ! i need to switch the loud speaks on or switch to bluetooth to hear the person talking !!
i tried restoring several times, at first everything works perfectly then it goes wrong again !
i cannot beleive that this is a hardware problem ! because it does work from time to time. i think it is more a conflict between the applications i have ! i also tried to reset the settings but that only solved it for some time and then the problem persists !!
i will try to restore now without sync the apps that i have ! hope this will help !
did anyone face this kind of problem ?
