a better idea would be to take care of the internal roads in qatar...i think its totally crap...tryina be a developed country..they should be lookin at the base frm where they should grow up...no point otherwise. another thin..yes qatar is tryina develop n stuff...its really good...but some kinda negative stuffs like family only...restriction to bachelors etc etc wil always be a barrier to developement
