Same thing happened in our pharmacy. An Arab lady was inside the car and wanted me to go outside to serve her. But I didn't do it. Instead I told my assistant to go out and ask what's her problem. And if she needs medicine tell her where not supermarket or cafeteria. She needs to go inside and tell the pharmacist about what she needs. I even told my assistant to tell her nicely. So what's nxt?!?!?! She started shouting... And never came back.
