I honestly think your offer is low for western country passport holder. 5000 will get you nothing for a house. Except if you want to share 3 or 4 people in a flat.
Forget about other people that saying your offer is good. Do the math yourself. For them who making 2000-3000 a month and have to rent a room off course your offer is very good. And bear in mind the 'exit permit', you cant leave the country if your employer not signing your exit permit.
Once you get here, if you find another better offer / employer, you will not able to leave your company if they dont give you NOC.
