you did contact someone from that company or replied to one of their mails or even opened the mail. Opening those mails will issue a certificate to the spammers and from there they got your mail.

They are using your Address book and maybe every single e-mail address that you got there to send spams to everyone.

The first step that you should start with, changing your e-mail account password after running a full system scan to remove any viruses, malware or adware that might infected your system.

Be careful not to change the password before scanning your system, there might be some keystroke loggers there.
