i think that theory is not only applicable in saudi but also here in qatar (and even in other arab countries)...
but for me, the JUDGE is only using that to protect his POCKET from his wife...
well in the future (if i'll get marry), i think i'll be ashamed to overspend my husband's money just for my personal things (abaya, make-ups,etc)...i'll make sure it's from my own pocket...
