There is nothing special going on, but there are all sorts of fraudsters out there who attempt to get you to reveal your personal account information so they can steal from your account. This is often done through email messages that ask you to verify your personal information to "protect" your account (known as phishing, though SMS messages, or through phone calls. Never (I repeat NEVER!) give out personal details under such circumstances. Never click a link in an email message taking you to a page where personal information is requested. If in doubt, tell the caller you will call the bank back directly (look up the phone number yourself--don't call back the number they give you).
