Just received this message from them;
"Commercial Bank will never request for you to update or varify personal details by email with links or telephone calls that request for your user ID and Password. If you receive any such request, contact commecial bank at +974-4490000"
Some thing going on. Be carefull
There is nothing special going on, but there are all sorts of fraudsters out there who attempt to get you to reveal your personal account information so they can steal from your account. This is often done through email messages that ask you to verify your personal information to "protect" your account (known as phishing, though SMS messages, or through phone calls. Never (I repeat NEVER!) give out personal details under such circumstances. Never click a link in an email message taking you to a page where personal information is requested. If in doubt, tell the caller you will call the bank back directly (look up the phone number yourself--don't call back the number they give you).
Is to warn every CBQ account holder not to give any confidential information related to our bank account to anyone thru any email or telephone.
This is to protect us from any banking fraud or hacking.

I received the same SMS from commercial bank just this morning.
"Marunong ka sanang makiramdam!"
