Despite the stereotype. But out of all qataris, Bedouins are the nicest you'd encounter. They are simple people. 90% of the older generation might be illiterate. You must off-course differentiate between Bedouin & Bedouin clans whom inhabited the outskirts of doha for the past 3 decades (what is now the villagio area) . The clans have integrated with the locals, some are very highly educated & hold strong position in the government not to mention high ranks in the military. Because of their loyalty, Bedouins have gained the trust of all ruling families in the gulf & jordan (Not to mention Israel, Bedouins are the only arabs allowed in the IDF). Although, they may pass as savages. I think they are the bravest among all other locals when it come to demanding their right from the government.Thats why you might encounter them more than other qataris at customer services in each government service (like Hamad hospital for instance)
