aviduser, i am pretty sure some 4-7 storey parking is included into this complex...
you guys just hear "Mall" and make the assumptions.. but the term of 'Mall' is much wider than only Zara, H&M and Starbucks... It also could be a SPA, a Movie theatre, some “winter complex”, "Wonderland", and God knows what else they might come up with.. so just wait and see..
