The bank is looking for a salary transfer DMS, and US companies generally dont do that as it can also run them in some risk for taxation and auditing purposes.

Your only hope is to pay cash as it is very hard to get a bank to finance you if they have no guarantee (such as your salary transfer). I financed a car through the dealership and had to write them cheques for the duration of the loan period. I am not sure what the pre-requisite is on such a thing but you can check with a dealership as they have agreements with some banks as back home.
