Basically Azam, you need the crime to be entered into the Statute Law otherwise a woman can't prosecute.

Abuse occurs, just as it does in the west. Just many muslims wont accept it and the whole rape isssue is something SOME muslims like to cling to show moral superioity to the west. just google womens rights groups in the different middle east countries to get some real facts.

Muslims need to stop seeing the west comments on women as tit for tat, or that they are doing it just to 'get one over on islam'
