the observation of our country's corruption issues, inefficiency in the government& judicial sector do not justify anybody to insult the citizens of the country who have nothing to do with the issues.
whether it is a nation or an individual (even a kabayan), no one has the right to insult anybody because of the social status,race and religion whatever the reasons there may be.
we should not be punishin ourselves by accepting derogatory remarks because our government is inefficient or our country is in the economic finance status it is in.
that is just double punishment.

people tend to look for reasons why a thing like this happens when in fact the only important thing to do is to rebuke it.
