For sure they do, and more to be honest. Qatari women need husbands permission to travel, and if I am not mistaken are not suppsed to be granted a drivers license unless they are married or over 30 (with certain exceptions to the rule). Damn, Lebanese women need their husbands permission to leave Lebanon.
