Gypsy you will love this one. In Vancouver (I think it was Vancouver, close) when a convict is released from jail he has the legal right to ask for a horse and a gun so he can ride out of town. Old but still a law all the same.
As for some of these bills for Afghanistan... HELLLOO??? Do any of you live in Doha?
You need your husbands permission to open a bank account, get a drivers license or work in many companies (if you are registering with the labour department, which is required).
