Sad thing is that some parents here weren't themselves raised by parents; but by their nannies. How do you expect to see a parent nurture and love their own children when they themselves lacked the care they deserved.
At least not everyone is as callous and downright stupid as the parents of the two boys in question.
I wonder what would happen if 'social services' (if there is such a thing here...) or worse........... came and took them?
