Perhaps these people think that they can dress the way they do back home because when the local people here travel and visit the european counties they dress how they do in their country.
If people want people to all dress the way the locals do, perhaps the locals should do the same when they visit other countries? I understand they have religious beliefs and traditions etc but 'european people' have grown up dressing the way they do so unless told otherwise they will continue to do so.
As long as they are not showing too much flesh or being rude i dont see the issue. If they want expats to come here to help build the economy perhaps they should be a bit more understanding?
