Let's try an example;
- Someone breaks the QL guidelines
- You find their IP address is 89.211.100.123
- You look up the details of the machine using that IP (not sure this is possible, but let's assume it is for now)
- The look up returns you details of 1000s of machines, because they are all using that IP address
- Which of these 1000s of machines do you block?
