Begging in Qatar is prohibited.. There are no Qatari beggars, there are some poor but not begging, because, all WIDOWS, DIVORCED, AGED, ORPHANED,DISABLED, and even those their fathers are in jail, were given a salary/pension monthly,By the government, and there are many charity institutions that they can be referred to.
