please do not judge the whole community because of the action of few Individuals. Everyone of us here are here to make a living. No matter where we come from.
Let me put this straight, where as I am not denying that such practices of a few individuals exists in a few places, but on the whole everyone here is recruited (I hope) on the qualifications and experience not only on nationality.
Let me show you the picture from the other side. I have worked for a few British consultant in the middleast, and all of them I worked fr wanted Managers and Senior Engineers from the UK, Australia etc. However for the low paid jobs like Draftman and assistant Engineer they would employ Indians and Philipinos because they could be hired for a fraction of the cost compared to some from the UK doing the same role.
I do not agree with title of this thread "Racist" you could say that it is action of a few seeking favorism for a few, but to blame the whole community is a bit unfair..
