avishai. I know many people won't agree with that, it is sad and it's a big part of the whole problem.

Many people with bad attitudes are able to advance themselves within big companies simply because they are "well educated".

A "good education" does not necessarily mean that a person has integrity, fairness of mind and good moral sense.

It seems to me that in many cases it means just the opposite, because in order to attain a "good education" some people are willing to sacrifice their morality and integrity, and they become totally ruthless in the pursuit of their academic ambitions.

Whist academic qualifications are important, I strongly believe that many companies place too much emphasis on the academic achievements of their potential employees.

I believe that companies should adopt a more rounded approach and look at the experience, character and integrity of their potential employees rather than simply focusing on their academic qualifications.
