Middle east is a place where everybody comes here for money.And there are a lot of factors which decides the best suited nationality for a particular post.As many rightly pointed out the main factor is "cost" and the "skill".
U sound like a landlord(who is not able to cope up with the current scenario) who has lost all his wealth..Nothing left with him .All that he can do is crib and be 'J" of people who have a better life now (who were working for him before)...Chill out..It happens in life....
