Godsgrace. Being an Indian 'per se' will not necessarily get you a job. It will depend on where in India you are from, and in you making the 'right' contact within any given company.

Having secured a job in this way, you may be expected to pay a monthly 'fee' to the contact who secured the job for you.

He will then act as your 'protector' and he will ensure that your lack of knowledge, experience and general unsuitability for the job given to you will remain safely 'hidden' from the company.

Please understand, I am not suggesting that you personally lack knowledge or experience, I am simply explaining how the 'Mafia' operate.
