i cannot comment about your maid wanting to leave or not, whether you should let her go or not. but, what i can say is that, you can use the maid's visa to another maid, and not have to pay another 15K.

so if she wants to go, and you let her go, cancel her residence permit, get a new maid, and using the same visa you paid for, transfer the name to the new maid.
