There is blood on so many hands, it is unfair to blame just one country/person/group.

Whether it is Israel getting financial help from the US; Hezbollah spewing their retoric; Egypt not opening their borders unless Abbas "regains control of the border". Hamas intentionally taunting the Israelis (with Iran's support with arms); and so forth and so on.

No one's hands are clean.
