I think expat has just hit the proverbial nail on the head. The H.R guys have an arduous task of sorting Threw a plethora of C.V's. However this should not negate the fact that they are paid to do a job. I'm not one to rely on past laurels, but i am qualified to perform the task required for any position i apply for. However, since i posses above average intelligence i feel like I'm being "Frowned Upon" because of this fact. I love Qatar and all it has to offer, however if we continue with the current trend of allowing H.R to Hookup their buddies with jobs, I fear we are losing out on quality talent.
