The queue jumpers and rude specimens I meet on the road everyday are NOT Qataris.
/I generally allow one car to cut in front of me most of the time but sometimes not at all, because I would have seen them queue jumping from my rear view mirror or wing mirrors. And they wonder why this sheila is a nasty babe in total control of herself. JITL.
//But yes, they "let" me pass because maybe chivalry isn't dead after all and/or they know the trouble they will be in when reported to the police. They were, after all, cutting into the lane of a vehicle going straight.
