If the PC turned off by itself, then it's a processor problem. Check if the processor fan is working properly, if it's spinning, if the fan cable is going down into the fan way and stop it functioning. If there is a power problem, then it won't boot to windows.
Try if you can access the Bios settings to check the CPU temp. Some of the motherboards will show that, if the temp is normal then your problem might be because of the PSU. If youe mother board does not, then install this software on windows and it will show you the CPU temperature: http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/SpeedFan-Download-4103.html
When your windows shut down, the next time you start the PC and windows boots, do you get any kind of error messages? If that's the case then most probably the problem would be the PSU.
Open your PC, check if everything is connected properly and that there is no dust around the fan. Check the heat sink of the processor, there is a substance between the heat sink and the processor. Sometimes if it get dried, the CPU will start overheating.
Try replacing the PSU or make a test if you have an extra one to make sure that it's the problem. Maybe the replacement PSU is not supplying your motherboard with enough power or it's already failing.
Don't go back to that [sorry for the term] thief who charged you 110 Q.R for changing the fan as the cost of it will not go beyond 50 in the worst cases. You can always get it for something between 25-45 Q.R.
Power supplies would not cost that much and you can get some for 45 Q.R or Max. 60 Q.R
Avoid switching the PC on and off if problem would still be unsolved.
Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. (Gautama Buddha)
