I've seen the manequins, but they are for display only. I have used the robe hangers (even the accordian type that stretch out) to hang my necklaces. You can probably find some more decorative robe hangars that would display nicely.

For earrings, I've gotten door/window screen material and framed it. You can hang your earrings from the various holes and it makes a great art display. A piece of framed lace works well also.
