I think what the poster is trying to say is that if someone is, for example, submitting a CV/resume in English then it's really in their own interests to make sure the spelling and grammar are as good as possible. It wouldn't take them long to get it checked over or look a few things up themselves (though as Supernurse proved above even that doesn't mean you wont make mistakes!).

Misspelling on QL really isn't a big issue though, as long as we get the gist of it. (Unless it's deliberate misspelling - i.e. text speak - there's no excuse for that!)
