Well, your family could apply for their visas at the Qatar Embassy in Washington DC and send their passports through a visa expediting agency but that seems like a real pain. Are they flying Qatar Airways? I understand they arrange visas for their passengers. Glad you found out ahead of time, what a mess that would have been!
